Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ 5-Amino-1MQ vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your 5-Amino-1MQ vial contains 5mg, 10mg, or 50mg of 5-Amino-1MQ in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is 5-Amino-1MQ?
5-Amino-1MQ (5-Amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a small molecule that functions as a substrate site-targeting, selective inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT). It has been shown to reduce 3T3-L1 lipogenesis (EC50 = 30µM) and lower adipocyte 1-methylnicotinamide levels (EC50 = 2.3 µM) without affecting related methyltransferases or enzymes in the NAD+ salvage pathway. In vivo studies have demonstrated therapeutic efficacy in murine models of obesity, muscle injury, and cancer metastasis.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
