Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial

Administration Route: Administer via Pen (Subcutaneous).

Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ 5-Amino-1MQ vial.

Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.

Your 5-Amino-1MQ vial contains 5mg, 10mg, or 50mg of 5-Amino-1MQ in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.

What is 5-Amino-1MQ?

5-Amino-1MQ (5-Amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a small molecule that functions as a substrate site-targeting, selective inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT). It has been shown to reduce 3T3-L1 lipogenesis (EC50 = 30µM) and lower adipocyte 1-methylnicotinamide levels (EC50 = 2.3 µM) without affecting related methyltransferases or enzymes in the NAD+ salvage pathway. In vivo studies have demonstrated therapeutic efficacy in murine models of obesity, muscle injury, and cancer metastasis.

Reconstitution Instructions

1. Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
2. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
3. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
4. Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
5. Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved

Note: 1 click = 0.01 mL on most insulin pens. Always verify your specific pen's click volume.
