All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Order Weight – Based on product quantity and packaging
  • Destination Country – International shipping rates vary by location

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Seized packages – We are not responsible for packages seized by customs
  • Refused packages – If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, we may issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

6.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos

We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or store credit.

6.2 Lost Packages

After tracking shows "Delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

If tracking does not update within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • You will be responsible for re-shipping costs
  • If you request a refund, shipping costs will be deducted
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you

8. International Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some countries may have restrictions on the import of research peptides.

It is your responsibility to check whether our products are legal to import into your country. We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without any external markings that indicate the contents. The shipping label will only show:

  • Return address

10. Order Splitting

In some cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments to comply with customs regulations or to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and you will only be charged the shipping cost shown at checkout.
