Important: All products sold by Cell Reviver are for research purposes only and are not for consumption. By placing an order, you agree to this return policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (research peptides) and our payment processing (cryptocurrency), all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened products.
Once a vial has been opened, reconstituted, or the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded due to contamination risks and product integrity concerns.
2. 14-Day Unopened Returns
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you wish to return an unopened, sealed product, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 20% restocking fee applies to cover processing and handling
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:
Refund Options:
- Store Credit: Full refund amount (minus 20% restocking fee) issued as store credit
- Crypto Refund: Refund issued in the original cryptocurrency (if technically possible)
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or issue
- Include your order number in all communications
- We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or store credit (at our discretion)
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
All payments on Cell Reviver are processed through BTCPay Server using cryptocurrency. Please note:
- Crypto transactions are irreversible – we cannot reverse a payment once confirmed
- Refunds are issued in store credit or the original cryptocurrency (if possible)
- Refund amounts are based on the original purchase price, not current market value
- Crypto volatility is not covered – refunds reflect the USD value at time of purchase
6. Claims & Lost Packages
- Lost/Undelivered Packages: After tracking shows "Delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
- Shipping Disputes: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us with your order details and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via our Contact Us page
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Send tracking information to our support team
