Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ ACE-031 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your ACE-031 vial contains 1mg of ACE-031 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is ACE-031?
ACE-031 (Ramatercept) is a synthetic peptide consisting of 23 amino acids that functions as a myostatin inhibitory peptide. It binds to myostatin with high affinity (Kd = 29.7 nM), blocking its interaction with cell surface receptors and inhibiting downstream signaling pathways. It is widely studied for its effects on muscle growth regulation, SMAD signaling pathways, and myostatin inhibition in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
