Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ Adipotide vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your Adipotide vial contains 2mg or 5mg of Adipotide in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is Adipotide?
Adipotide, also known as FTPP (Fat-Targeted Proapoptotic Peptide), is a synthetic peptidomimetic compound consisting of two functional domains: a targeting domain and a proapoptotic domain. The targeting domain binds to prohibitin and annexin A2 proteins expressed on the surface of endothelial cells in white adipose tissue vasculature. Once bound and internalized, the proapoptotic domain disrupts mitochondrial membranes, triggering apoptosis in the targeted endothelial cells and subsequent ablation of the blood supply to adipose depots. Adipotide has been investigated for its effects on adipose tissue mass, glucose tolerance, and vascular targeting mechanisms.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
