Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ ARA 290 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your ARA 290 vial contains 10mg of ARA 290 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is ARA 290?
ARA 290 (also known as Cibinetide) is a synthetic 11-amino acid peptide engineered to mimic the three-dimensional structure of the helix B surface domain of erythropoietin (EPO). It is designed to bind selectively to the non-hematopoietic EPO receptor, a heterodimer of EPOR and the cytokine family beta common receptor (CD131/βCR), often termed the innate repair receptor (IRR). This selective binding confers tissue-protective and anti-inflammatory effects without stimulating erythropoiesis.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
