Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ CJC 1295 with DAC vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your CJC 1295 with DAC vial contains 2mg or 5mg of CJC 1295 with DAC in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is CJC 1295 with DAC?
CJC 1295 with DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) modified with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), designed for research applications involving prolonged growth hormone secretion modulation. The DAC component binds to albumin, significantly extending the peptide's half-life for sustained signaling studies. It is widely studied for its effects on GH pulse amplitude, IGF-1 pathways, and endocrine regulation in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
