Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ CJC 1295 without DAC vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your CJC 1295 without DAC vial contains 5mg or 10mg of CJC 1295 without DAC in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is CJC 1295 without DAC?
CJC 1295 without DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex, designed for research applications involving acute growth hormone secretion modulation. Unlike the DAC version, this formulation has a shorter half-life, making it suitable for studying GH pulse dynamics and rapid signaling pathways. It is widely studied for its effects on GH release, IGF-1 modulation, and hypothalamic-pituitary axis regulation in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
