Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ Hexarelin Acetate vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your Hexarelin Acetate vial contains 5mg of Hexarelin Acetate in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is Hexarelin Acetate?
Hexarelin Acetate (also known as Examorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide and a potent growth hormone secretagogue that acts as a full agonist at the ghrelin receptor. It stimulates growth hormone release from the anterior pituitary with high potency and efficacy, resulting in a rapid, dose-dependent increase in plasma GH levels. In addition to its effects on the somatotropic axis, Hexarelin has been studied for its cardioprotective properties, including myocardial contractility enhancement and improved cardiac function in various disease models, as well as its ability to modulate cortisol and prolactin levels.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
