Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ LL-37 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your LL-37 vial contains 5mg of LL-37 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is LL-37?
LL-37 is a 37-amino acid cationic antimicrobial peptide and the only known cathelicidin-derived peptide expressed in humans. It is produced by proteolytic cleavage of the human cathelicidin protein (hCAP-18) and functions as a key component of the innate immune system. LL-37 exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi, and viruses through its ability to disrupt microbial cell membranes. Beyond its direct antimicrobial effects, LL-37 is studied for its immunomodulatory properties, including chemotaxis, cytokine modulation, and angiogenesis promotion in wound healing and tissue repair pathways.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
