Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Administration Route: Administer via Pen (Subcutaneous).
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ Melanotan 1 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your Melanotan 1 vial contains 10mg of Melanotan 1 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is Melanotan 1?
Melanotan 1 (MT-1, Afamelanotide) is a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), designed for research applications involving melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) activation and melanogenesis pathways. It is widely studied for its effects on pigmentation regulation, UV protection signaling, and melanin production in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
