CELL REVIVER™ MOTS-C
(Mitochondrial-Derived Peptide)
Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ MOTS-C vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your MOTS-C vial contains 5mg, 10mg, or 40mg of MOTS-C in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is MOTS-C?
MOTS-C is a mitochondrial-derived peptide encoded within the mitochondrial genome, designed for research applications involving cellular metabolism and energy homeostasis. It is widely studied for its effects on insulin sensitivity, metabolic pathway regulation, and mitochondrial signaling in controlled laboratory settings.
Research Applications
- Metabolic Research: Insulin sensitivity, glucose metabolism, energy homeostasis
- Mitochondrial Studies: Mitochondrial signaling, cellular energy regulation
- Endocrinology: Metabolic pathway modulation, hormonal regulation
Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
Dosage & Pen Click Calculations
Note: 1 click = 0.01 mL on most insulin pens. Always verify your specific pen's click volume.

| Dose (mg) | Volume (mL) | Clicks |
| 0.5 mg | 0.300 mL | 30 |
| 1.0 mg | 0.600 mL | 60 |
| 2.0 mg | 1.200 mL | 120 |
For 10mg Vial (Reconstituted with 3mL BAC Water)
| Dose (mg) | Volume (mL) | Clicks |
| 0.5 mg | 0.150 mL | 15 |
| 1.0 mg | 0.300 mL | 30 |
| 2.0 mg | 0.600 mL | 60 |
| 5.0 mg | 1.500 mL | 150 |
For 40mg Vial (Reconstituted with 3mL BAC Water)
| Dose (mg) | Volume (mL) | Clicks |
| 1.0 mg | 0.075 mL | 7.5 |
