Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial

Administration Route: Administer via Pen (Subcutaneous).

Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ NAD+ vial.

Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.

Your NAD+ vial contains 500mg or 1000mg of NAD+ in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme found in every cell of the body, playing essential roles in mitochondrial energy production (ATP synthesis), DNA repair and cellular maintenance, and regulation of circadian rhythms and metabolic pathways. As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which has been associated with reduced energy, cognitive function, and metabolic health.

Reconstitution Instructions

Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
