Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ PEG MGF vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your PEG MGF vial contains 2mg of PEG MGF in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is PEG MGF?
PEG MGF (Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor) is a synthetic analog of the IGF-1 isoform Mechano Growth Factor, conjugated with polyethylene glycol to extend its half-life and enhance bioactivity. MGF is naturally produced in response to mechanical stress and tissue damage, where it activates muscle stem cell proliferation and differentiation. The pegylated formulation provides prolonged receptor binding and sustained signaling through the IGF-1 receptor. It is widely studied for its effects on satellite cell activation, myogenesis, and tissue regenerative pathways.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
