Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ PT-141 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your PT-141 vial contains 10mg of PT-141 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is PT-141?
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a synthetic cyclic heptapeptide and non-selective melanocortin receptor agonist with high affinity for the MC3R and MC4R subtypes. It is designed for research applications involving melanocortin pathway modulation, sexual function, and neurological signaling. It has been studied for its effects on melanocortin receptors, including MC1R (Ki = 0.62 nM), MC3R (Ki = 8.1 nM), MC4R (Ki = 3.6 nM), and MC5R (Ki = 120 nM) in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
