Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ Semax vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your Semax vial contains 5mg, 10mg, or 30mg of Semax in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is Semax?
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the N-terminal fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 4-10), designed for research applications involving neuroprotection and cognitive function modulation. It is widely studied for its effects on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression, neuroplasticity, and neurotransmitter regulation.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
