Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ SNAP-8 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your SNAP-8 vial contains 10mg of SNAP-8 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is SNAP-8?
SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3) is a synthetic octapeptide designed as a structural mimic of the N-terminal domain of SNAP-25 (Synaptosomal-associated protein 25). It functions as a competitive inhibitor of SNARE complex assembly by binding to syntaxin and synaptobrevin, thereby attenuating neurotransmitter release. This high-purity peptide is manufactured under strict quality control standards to ensure consistency and reliability for advanced research.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
