Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ SS-31 vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your SS-31 vial contains 5mg, 10mg, or 50mg of SS-31 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is SS-31?
SS-31 (Elamipretide) is a mitochondrial-targeted tetrapeptide designed for research applications involving inner mitochondrial membrane protection and oxidative stress modulation. It is widely studied for its effects on cardiolipin stabilization, electron transport chain function, and reactive oxygen species reduction in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
