Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ VIP vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your VIP vial contains 10mg of VIP in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is VIP?
Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) is a 28-amino acid neuropeptide belonging to the secretin/glucagon family, originally isolated from porcine intestine and lung tissue. It acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator with pleiotropic biological effects throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems. VIP binds to two G-protein coupled receptors, VPAC1 and VPAC2, primarily activating adenylate cyclase and increasing cAMP levels. It is widely studied for its roles in vasodilation, smooth muscle relaxation, immunomodulation of innate immune cells, gastrointestinal motility, and cardioprotective effects.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
