Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ AICAR vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your AICAR vial contains 50mg of AICAR in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is AICAR?
AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide) is a cell-permeable nucleoside analog that activates AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) upon intracellular phosphorylation to ZMP (5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5'-monophosphate). It is designed for research applications involving metabolic regulation, energy homeostasis, and exercise-mimetic signaling pathways. It is widely studied for its effects on fatty acid oxidation, glucose uptake, mitochondrial biogenesis, and insulin sensitivity in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
