Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ AICAR vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your AICAR vial contains 50mg of AICAR in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is AICAR?
AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide) is an adenosine analog and AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activator. It mimics AMP and activates AMPK, a key regulator of cellular energy homeostasis. AICAR is studied for its effects on mitochondrial biogenesis, glucose uptake, and fatty acid oxidation in research settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved

Note: 1 click = 0.01 mL on most insulin pens. Always verify your specific pen's click volume.
