Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial

Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ TB500 vial.

Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.

Your TB500 vial contains 10mg of TB500 in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.

What is TB500?

TB500 is a synthetic peptide derived from Thymosin Beta-4, designed for research applications involving actin binding and cellular migration modulation. It is widely studied for its role in cytoskeletal reorganization, cell differentiation, and wound healing signaling pathways in controlled laboratory settings.

Reconstitution Instructions

1. Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
2. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
3. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
4. Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
5. Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved

Note: 1 click = 0.01 mL on most insulin pens. Always verify your specific pen's click volume.
